How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you decide that you need to cancel your subscription, you can easily manage this process directly from your account. Here’s how to do it step by step:

1. Log In to Your Account:
   • Start by logging into your account.
2. Access Your Settings:
   • Click on your avatar located in the page header.
   • From the dropdown menu, select "Settings."
3. Navigate to Billing Information:
   • Once in settings, click on "Billing Info" which is located in the top right of the page.
4. Cancel Your Subscription:
   • Find the subscription you wish to cancel under the section that corresponds to your payment method (Stripe or PayPal).
   For Stripe Users:
   • Simply click the "Cancel" button next to your subscription details.
   • You will be prompted to confirm your cancellation.
   For PayPal Users:
   • Click on "Manage Subscription in PayPal."
   • You will be redirected to PayPal, where you may need to log in.
   • In PayPal, click on "Payments" in the top menu, then go to "Manage automatic payments" under the "Automatic payments" section.
   • Find our merchant name in the left sidebar, then click on the "Cancel" button.
   • Confirm your decision by clicking "Cancel Automatic Payments."
5. End of Subscription:
   • Your access to the subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
   • You can view your canceled subscription and the end date of access in your Billing Information.
